Bau Truong offers an authentic taste of Vietnam that is inspired by the old Saigon markets where head chef/owner, Bac Cang used to work.

Following on the success of Bau Truong in Cabramatta and Canley Heights, and the demand from our loyal customers for something closer to the Sydney CBD, we opened Bau Truong in Marrickville. The newly opened Marrickville restaurant is a more refined grown-up version of its siblings. Desifned to showcase the spectacular flavours of lesser known Vietnamese dishes, diners are invited to order a selection of sharing plates with over 40 to choose from, or to try a selection of over 60 exquisite main courses!
